How it works
Initial Meeting: In a no-obligation meeting, we will discuss your needs and collaboratively determine the support level that best fits you.
Package Selection & Purchase: Choose the package that aligns with your support needs and order your hours package via email or the contact form.
Billing: The invoice is sent via email and due upon receipt. Your entitlement to services activates when payment is received.
Usage Flexibility: You can freely use your purchased hours for any of the solutions listed under "Services" and any agreed-upon customized support.
Monthly Report: Will be sent EOM to providing you an overview of your used hours for full transparency.
Unused Hours: Haven't used all your hours at the end of the usage period? No problem! They will automatically reactivate for another 30 days.
Flexibility: Used up all your hours? You are free to decide when and with which package you want to continue.
No Auto-Renewal: Hourly packages do not renew automatically.
