  • Basic information on VAT (Value Added Tax) obligation

    • Identifying VAT compliant invoices and receipts

Coaching process: In your free initial discussion (online or by phone) we define the coaching process, dates, location and which topics we would like to explore in more detail. This allows us to carry out the coaching in the best way possible based on your needs and current level of knowledge.


B2C billing: The invoice is sent by email and must be paid in advance. Your entitlement to services is activated upon receipt of payment.


Billing for recipients of unemployment benefits*: If you are registered with the RAV 's Fachstelle für Selbstständigkeit (FSE) and have been approved for administrative coaching - I will simply create an offer and send it to you by email, which you can then submit to your FSE advisor for confirmation and approval.


As soon as your consultant approves the offer, we can get started! 🚀


*In this case, billing and payment processing takes place directly between FSE and Smila Services.
